Private gyms in the Woodward Corridor may be off the beaten path but the attention and detail received will be more resolute when you look in the mirror. Tiffany’s Training HIIT Studio in Royal Oak offers 55-minute high-intensity workout consisting of cardio and strength training in a small groups of 12 max. Also in Royal Oak, Nafas Fitness Studio offers a place to breathe – and get into shape. Their Mission is to provide the community with a “fitness and yoga studio under one roof. Josh Kosier, owner and trainer at Ultimate Athlete Performance is in the business of training athletes to reach their peak. Their training programs are designed with the intentions of increasing maximum performance using the latest research methods when designing workout programs.
